These Terms and Conditions are divided into two sections: one specifically covering DJ performances  through artist Juliana X and Peoples Agency, and the other addressing all other matters, including collaborations and inquiries.

Terms and Conditions for DJ Performances

​

1. Applicability    
   These terms apply only to DJ performances made through Juliana X and Peoples Agency. The terms of   
   Peoples Agency apply to the booking agreement.

2. Bookings through Peoples Agency    
    Juliana X acts as the artist forDJ bookings, but all bookings and agreements are handled by Peoples
    Agency.

3. Payment and Liability    
    Payment, cancellation, and liability for DJ performances are subject to the terms of Peoples Agency.     
     Juliana X is not responsible for payments or issues related to the booking.

Terms and Conditions for Inquiries and Collaborations

 

Definitions 

1. Juliana X   refers to the company located in Rotterdam, registered under Chamber of Commerce
   no. 77709764  
2. Client means the individual or organization entering into an agreement with Juliana X.

3. Parties refers collectively to Juliana X and the client.

4. Consumer refers to a client who is acting in a personal capacity, not for business purposes.
