Founded by Juliana X, Kult Funktion is a Rotterdam-based platform reshaping electronic music from the inside out. Built for and by underrepresented artists LGBTQI+, BIPOC, and women we foster talent, build networks, and create space for new voices.  

Rooted in the communities that pioneered house and techno, the platform challenge the status quo. Through a DJ Academy, club nights, and collaborations, it shapes a future where diversity is the foundation.
